The Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Ltd (IREDA) has announced an interim dividend of ₹0.60 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26. This represents a 6% dividend on the face value of ₹10 per share. Shareholders as of April 2, 2026, will be eligible, with payments due within 30 days of declaration.
The company reported robust financial performance for the quarter ending December 31, 2025 (Q3 FY26). Net profit increased by 37.5% to ₹584.9 crore compared to the same period last year. Revenue from operations grew by 38% to ₹2,140 crore, while net interest income rose by 34.8% to ₹897.5 crore.
IREDA's loan book expanded by 28% to ₹87,975 crore in Q3 FY26, with disbursements increasing by 32% to ₹9,860 crore. The company's net worth also saw a substantial rise of 38%, reaching ₹13,537 crore. CMD Pradip Kumar Das emphasized that this performance demonstrates stakeholder trust and IREDA's role in advancing India's renewable energy sector.
