Investec Capital Services India has entered into a strategic business collaboration with SACS Partners, enhancing its financial advisory operations. This partnership aims to strengthen services in mergers and acquisitions, private capital raising, and secondary market block transactions.
As a key outcome of this arrangement, Ravi Kapoor, founder of SACS Partners and a seasoned investment banker with over 37 years of experience, will assume the role of non-executive vice-chairman of investment banking at Investec India. Kapoor's extensive advisory background, including over 600 transactions valued at over $500 billion, will integrate with Investec India's origination, structuring, and distribution capabilities.
This collaboration is poised to leverage Kapoor's deep C-suite relationships and deal-making acumen alongside Investec's international network. Ajeeth Narayan, country head of Investec India, expressed enthusiasm for the Indian market's growth potential and excitement for working with Kapoor and SACS Partners to deliver best-in-class advisory services to clients.
