During this period, Pieter Elbers, who concluded his tenure as Chief Executive Officer on March 10, 2026, received a total remuneration of ₹69.5 crore. Stock options constituted approximately 61% of this amount, totaling ₹43 crore, while his annual salary was ₹14 crore.
Revenue from operations experienced a 5% year-on-year increase, reaching ₹84,962 crore in FY26. Employee expenses, representing about 10% of the total revenue, saw an 11% rise, amounting to ₹8,272 crore.
As of March 31, 2026, InterGlobe Aviation maintained a workforce of 41,907 permanent employees, with women comprising over 46% of this total, and 17.3% holding leadership roles.
