India's robust participation as the Partner Country at Gulfood 2026 in Dubai signifies its growing influence in the global agri-food sector.
The nation's presence spans an impressive 1,434 square meters, featuring 161 exhibitors. These participants represent a diverse range of products, including processed foods, fresh and frozen items, pulses, grains, cereals, beverages, and value-added food products. The BHARATI Pavilion, a flagship initiative by APEDA, is a central highlight, focusing on promoting export-ready agri-food and agri-tech start-ups.
Exhibitors from 25 states and regions are present, highlighting region-specific produce, GI-tagged items, organic products, and value-added goods. Numerous national institutions and government bodies, such as NAFED and the Spices Board India, are also participating, offering a comprehensive view of India's agri-food ecosystem. A dedicated Culinary Area will feature live demonstrations of Indian cuisines, adding a sensory dimension to the showcase.
Gulfood 2026 is scheduled to take place from January 26 to January 30, 2026, across the Dubai World Trade Centre and the Dubai Exhibition Centre at Expo City Dubai.
