16 Feb
Summary
- In-Solutions Global received RBI authorization for all three payment aggregator categories.
- This approval allows unified management of online, physical, and cross-border transactions.
- ISG joins a select group of non-bank players with comprehensive payment aggregation.

In-Solutions Global Ltd (ISG) announced on Monday, February 16, 2026, that it has obtained regulatory authorization from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). This approval spans all three payment aggregator categories, including online, physical (offline), and cross-border transactions.
The RBI granted these licenses under its latest Master Directions, effective for the 2025-26 period. With this authorization, ISG becomes one of a select few non-bank entities equipped to manage merchant payments across both domestic and international channels via a unified and compliant system.
ISG's comprehensive payment aggregation stack will now manage online transactions, in-person payments, and cross-border import-export flows. This unified framework simplifies onboarding and settlement processes for enterprises, banks, marketplaces, and digital platforms.
Adelia Castelino, Co-founder and Managing Director of ISG, stated that merchants and financial institutions require future-ready, compliant partners as India's digital commerce and cross-border trade grow. The online and offline approvals will enhance ISG's omnichannel merchant acceptance capabilities, including Soft POS and proximity payment solutions.
Additionally, the cross-border authorization, combined with ISG's IFSCA license and international regulatory expertise, enables the company to facilitate compliant cross-border payment flows across multiple jurisdictions.
