This initiative differs from IKEA's existing Buy Back service, which only allows customers to return items for in-store credit. The Second-hand Marketplace facilitates peer-to-peer transactions for a wide range of current and past IKEA products, excluding items like mattresses and kitchen appliances. All listed items must be in good working condition and genuine IKEA products.
