Horizon Industrial Parks (HIPL) is facing a subdued response to its Initial Public Offering (IPO), with the issue subscribed only 0.24 times as of August 18, 2026. The subscription level indicates lower-than-expected investor demand for the Rs 2,600 crore offering.
The IPO, which opened on August 17, 2026, and is set to close on August 19, 2026, has a price band of Rs 57 to Rs 60 per share. The company plans to allocate Rs 2,250 crore from the net proceeds towards the repayment of borrowings, with the remainder designated for general corporate purposes.
Ahead of the public offering, HIPL successfully raised Rs 1,167.75 crore from anchor investors on August 14, 2026. The company operates a significant network of industrial and logistics parks and in-city centers across seven major Indian cities, offering comprehensive solutions including real estate and operational services. Despite its robust infrastructure, the company reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 197.64 crore for the twelve months ending March 31, 2026.
