Honasa Consumer Ltd announced its strongest quarterly performance to date, achieving a record revenue from operations of ₹630 crore in Q3 FY26. This represents a substantial 21.7% year-on-year growth on a like-for-like basis.
The company's net profit experienced a near doubling, rising to ₹50.2 crore in the third quarter compared to the same period last fiscal year. Revenue for the quarter increased by 16.2% to ₹601.5 crore. EBITDA also saw significant improvement, reaching ₹65.4 crore with a margin of 10.9%.
Unit volume growth (UVG) for the quarter was a healthy 30.2%, demonstrating consistent consumer demand. Brands within focus categories collectively grew by over 25%, with Mamaearth returning to double-digit growth. The Derma Co continued its strong momentum, scaling efficiently while maintaining a double-digit EBITDA profile.
Varun Alagh, Chairman, CEO & Co-founder, highlighted the company's commitment to disciplined execution and long-term value creation. He noted Mamaearth's resurgence in growth, driven by product innovation and strategic investments, as well as the significant expansion of distribution networks, with direct outlet coverage surpassing one lakh.
Distribution efforts showed marked improvement, with total distribution expanding over 25% year-on-year to 2.7 lakh outlets. Offline execution was strengthened, particularly in the top 100 towns, further enhancing market reach.
