For the fiscal year 2026, the company achieved USD revenue of $14.7 billion, marking a 6% year-over-year increase. Services revenue demonstrated steady momentum, with IT and Business Services growing at 3.7% and Engineering and R&D Services at 9.8% in constant currency.
New AI-led service offerings are gaining significant market traction, with annualized Advanced AI revenues surpassing $620 million in Q4. The CEO emphasized positioning the company to leverage AI opportunities for long-term value creation in FY27. Several key AI deal wins were secured, including a global technology major deal worth over $100 million for AI Factory programs.
Total contract value for new deal wins in FY26 amounted to $9.3 billion. The company also announced a dividend of ₹24 per share for the fourth quarter. HCLTech's workforce grew, adding 11,744 freshers over the full year, while LTM attrition decreased to 12.5%.
Industry vertical growth was led by Technology and Services, alongside strong performance in Financial Services and Telecommunications. Geographically, India, Europe, and the U.S. all showed positive YoY growth in constant currency, with the Rest of the World experiencing the fastest expansion.
Looking ahead to FY27, HCLTech anticipates revenue growth between 1.0% and 4.0% in constant currency, with an expected EBIT margin of 17.5% to 18.5%. The company also received recognition, being named to Fortune's World's Most Admired Companies 2026 list and Ethisphere's World's Most Ethical Companies.
