Jaspersoft, which specializes in providing embedded analytics and pixel-perfect reporting software, will become part of Actian, HCLSoftware's Data & AI division.
The integration of Jaspersoft is expected to enrich Actian's current offerings in data management and governance, providing a more complete analytics experience. This acquisition will also broaden Actian's appeal to developers and data architects building modern enterprise data platforms.
