This potential deal signifies substantial growth for Harvey, as its valuation would increase by $3 billion in just a few months. In December 2025, the company had already announced a $160 million funding round at an $8 billion valuation, led by Andreessen Horowitz.
Further demonstrating its rapid ascent, Harvey's annual recurring revenue reached $190 million by the end of 2025. This figure nearly doubled from $100 million reported in August 2025, highlighting the company's strong market traction.
Prior funding rounds include a $300 million Series E in June 2025 at a $5 billion valuation, led by Kleiner Perkins and Coatue, and a $300 million Series D in February 2025 at a $3 billion valuation, spearheaded by Sequoia.
