On November 15, 2025, the residents of Great Falls, Montana, are gearing up for two important neighborhood council meetings scheduled for later this month. Neighborhood Council #5 will convene on November 17 at 7 p.m. to discuss the Calumet Community, as well as address council business and neighborhood concerns.
The following week, on November 20, Neighborhood Council #4 will meet at 6:30 p.m. to tackle a packed agenda. The council will cover the development of the Beebee Tracts, as well as issues related to 57th Street South and 3rd Avenue South. Additionally, the meeting will feature a presentation on annexation with multi-family R-5 zoning by the city's Planning and Community Development department.
