Metals Creek Resources Corp. has reported significant high-grade gold assay results from the Ogden Gold Project, located in Timmins, Ontario. Drill hole TOG-26-76 achieved the second-highest grade intercept to date on the project, returning 115.51 grams per tonne (g/t) gold (Au) over 9.85 meters. This interval included a section of 3.10 meters assaying 356.85 g/t Au, with a notable 0.50-meter segment containing 2050 g/t Au and very strong visible gold.
The results from TOG-26-76 follow up on a previously released hole, TOG-22-73, which is located 75 meters vertically below the new discovery. The mineralization is strongly associated with the Thomas Ogden Zone (TOG) fold axis, particularly within altered conglomerates and felsites. Management expresses encouragement with these findings, noting the strong visible gold content and high-grade assays that suggest a significant nugget effect within the TOG fold hinge.
