While the popularity of Warhammer has exploded globally, particularly since the pandemic, and boasts celebrity fans like Henry Cavill, the company faces challenges. Licensing revenues for the half-year are projected to fall to £16 million from £30 million year-on-year. However, a new Warhammer 40,000 game developed for the PlayStation 5 is expected to provide a much-needed boost to income.
