Full Truck Alliance announced its second-quarter 2026 financial results, highlighting a 4.4% increase in total net revenue to RMB 3.38 billion. This growth occurred despite challenging market conditions, according to company management. Transaction services were a key driver, with revenue climbing 33.1% year over year to RMB 1.77 billion, representing 52% of total revenue.
The company achieved a record fulfillment rate of 47%, a significant improvement attributed to better truck-capacity allocation and matching efficiency. Simon Cai, Chief Financing and Investment Officer, noted that monthly active truckers increased by nearly 5% year over year. The full-truckload long-haul business notably contributed to this improvement.
Further bolstering performance, the platform processed 68.5 million fulfilled orders in the quarter, a 12.7% rise from the previous year. Shipper monthly active users also saw a 12.8% increase, reaching 3.57 million. The company has also refined its freight offerings into four distinct categories to improve communication and matching.
