The company generated Rs 20.97 crore in revenue during FY25 and holds a net worth of Rs 66.83 crore. This transaction, though a related party deal, was conducted at arm's length without requiring regulatory approvals.
In parallel, Brainbees Solutions reported its second-quarter results for September 2025, showing a narrowed net loss of Rs 35.05 crore compared to Rs 50.23 crore in the previous year. Net sales saw a modest increase of 10.19% year-on-year, reaching Rs 2099.08 crore.
