Entain PLC Welcomes New Director with Gaming Expertise

Entain plc has announced the immediate appointment of Sheila Bangalore as an Independent Non-Executive Director. This move strengthens the company's board with her extensive experience.

Bangalore possesses over two decades of valuable insight from the gaming, hospitality, and technology industries. She has previously held executive roles at prominent companies such as Bally Technologies Inc. and Aristocrat Technologies Inc. Her recent board experience includes a term with Games Global Limited, and she currently serves on the board of Alliance Entertainment Holding Corporation.

The appointment was made in compliance with UK Listing Rules requirements. Entain's Chair, Pierre Bouchut, expressed enthusiasm for Bangalore's industry knowledge. The company, a constituent of the FTSE100, operates a wide array of popular sports betting and gaming brands across more than 30 regulated territories globally, including a significant joint venture in the U.S. market.
