DLF, India's largest property developer, is preparing to unveil new projects in Mumbai and Gurugram in the latter half of the 2027 financial year. The company will launch the subsequent phase of its Mumbai project in the current quarter, with the Gurugram launch to follow. The first phase of its Mumbai venture, The Westpark in Andheri West, achieved a complete sell-out in 2025, recording sales bookings of over ₹2,300 crore.
The upcoming Gurugram launch is slated to be a luxury development, comparable to recent high-end projects. DLF's luxury senior living project, The Aureva, also in Gurugram, recently reported a sell-out. During the September quarter of FY27, DLF experienced a 23% decline in revenues but a 10% increase in profits, with new sales bookings totaling ₹3,800 crore for the period.
Ashok Tyagi, DLF's managing director and chief executive officer, noted that the first quarter was relatively quiet for pre-sales. He expressed optimism for the upcoming two quarters, anticipating additional launches alongside ongoing sales of their Dahlias product line. The company is prioritizing three core business drivers: robust pre-sales of identified products, strong cash and margin generation, and sustained growth in its rental business.
