The newly leased office occupies the eighth floor of the Lotus Signature building and is equipped with modern infrastructure to accommodate Dharma Productions' growing operational requirements. Over the entire lease period, the production house is expected to pay an estimated total rent of around Rs 7.75 crores. Additionally, Dharma Productions will provide a security deposit of Rs 1 crore and pay a stamp duty of Rs 2.04 lakh.
