Two distinct teams have been formed, tasked with submitting comprehensive daily reports by 6 p.m. to DGCA officials. These reports will cover a wide spectrum of operations, including fleet status, average flight distances, pilot availability, and network intricacies, alongside crew utilization and training metrics.
The second team will concentrate on flight cancellations, both domestic and international, and the efficiency of refund processing through various channels.
