- Card can be used for shopping, malls, and Delhi Metro travel.

The Pink Saheli Smart Card in Delhi has evolved into a versatile mobility and payment tool for women. Initially intended for free DTC bus travel, the card has been updated to function as a National Common Mobility Card (NCMC).
This enhanced card allows women to not only travel freely on buses but also utilize it as a debit card for purchases at various establishments, including malls and shops. It is also compatible with the Delhi Metro and Namo Bharat trains.
To obtain the card, women must complete a digital application via the DTC's authorized bank's online portal. Required documents include an Aadhaar card with a Delhi address, a photograph, and personal details, with a PAN card possibly needed. A Video KYC is also part of the process, after which the card will be home-delivered.
DTC is offering two types of cards: a Zero KYC card for immediate bus travel use and a Full KYC card with banking capabilities. From August 1, 2026, the Pink Saheli Smart Card will be mandatory for all women to avail free DTC bus travel.
