The proposed structures vary in design, incorporating features like basements and multiple floors to maximize capacity within limited urban footprints. An MCD official emphasized that while construction capacity exists, the scarcity of available land in strategic locations is the primary obstacle, impacting the feasibility of providing parking close to commercial hubs.
