Cyient Ltd. has announced robust financial results for the second quarter of fiscal year 2027. The engineering services firm's net profit experienced a significant increase of 16.6%, rising to Rs 121 crore from Rs 104 crore in the preceding quarter.
This profit growth was accompanied by a 7.7% rise in revenue, which reached Rs 2,235 crore in the July to September period compared to Rs 2,076 crore in the first quarter. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) also surged by 21.6% to Rs 228.3 crore.
In recognition of its financial performance, the board of directors declared an interim dividend of Rs 12 per equity share. The record date for determining shareholder eligibility for this dividend payout is October 26, 2026.
