Crystal International is enhancing its operations with a new automated facility in China. This development is part of a larger group strategy to integrate advanced technology across its manufacturing processes.
The knits division's lifestyle wear factory in China will house an automated cutting workshop and a centralized smart warehouse. This warehouse will be equipped with an advanced storage and retrieval system (AS/RS) designed to optimize inventory management and delivery by analyzing real-time data.
Scheduled for full operation in the first quarter of 2026, the logistics center is expected to achieve a 75% reduction in fabric transfer times. Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) will further support material flow, moving sewn parts and contributing to a fully automated system.
This initiative aligns with Crystal International's "Crystal Sustainability Vision 2030," which seeks to transform all its facilities into smart factories. The company operates over 20 production sites in five countries and collaborates with global brands.
