Blalack highlighted Olive Branch as a "growing market" with an "everything" location. He attributes the restaurant's success to its commitment to quality, fresh ingredients, and never-frozen chicken, emphasizing a unique cooking method using 100% beef tallow in a seed-oil-free recipe.
In addition to their renowned fried chicken tenders, Connie's also offers grilled chicken tenders and a variety of scratch-made dipping sauces, with the sweet-and-tangy Bam Bam sauce being a particular favorite. The Olive Branch restaurant is anticipated to open in early October, provided construction stays on schedule.
