This proposed transaction is expected to bolster Cognizant's enterprise platform, artificial intelligence, and SAP capabilities across Australia and New Zealand.
DyFlex, founded in 2011, is recognized as a multi-award-winning SAP Platinum Partner. The firm offers comprehensive advisory, consulting, implementation, and managed services within the SAP ecosystem, with particular strengths in SAP Public Cloud.
The acquisition is poised to combine DyFlex's extensive SAP expertise and proprietary accelerators with Cognizant's global industry experience and advanced AI platforms. This integration aims to move clients in Australia and New Zealand beyond isolated AI experiments towards production-ready AI and agentic systems within their SAP environments.
With over 300 employees, DyFlex brings significant talent in SAP transformation, including AI-led process advisory across finance, digital supply chain, and human capital management. The company also has a strong domain expertise in sectors such as mining and resources, energy and utilities, manufacturing, and the public sector.
The transaction is anticipated to conclude in the first quarter of 2027, subject to regulatory approvals. Until then, both companies will operate independently. Financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
