Beijing, China – The Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business (CKGSB) recently concluded its 12th annual Women in Leadership Forum in Beijing. This prominent event drew over 500 executives and 19 speakers to discuss the pivotal role women play in driving innovation across technology, branding, and intellectual property sectors.
CKGSB Dean Li Haitao highlighted the school's progress, noting a significant increase in female MBA enrollment to 49%, up from 16% in 2003. He also emphasized the forum's role as a key platform for policy and business leaders to share insights and foster new possibilities.
Discussions also delved into the impact of artificial intelligence. Research revealed that women are more frequent users of AI, with higher education and experience correlating with greater acceptance. This frequent engagement with AI was found to reduce workplace anxiety among respondents.
