Cochin International Airport Ltd (CIAL) is establishing a significant presence in the global aviation consultancy sector. This new venture, named CIAL Aviation Consultancy and Expert Services (ACES), is set to be inaugurated on September 24, 2026. It will extend CIAL's over 25 years of experience in airport development and operations to organizations internationally.
ACES will provide a comprehensive suite of consultancy and expert services. These cover crucial areas such as airport planning, construction, engineering, safety protocols, commercial management, digitalization, and sustainable development initiatives. A core focus will be assisting clients with regulatory and statutory processes, leveraging CIAL's adeptness in coordinating with government and regulatory bodies to secure necessary approvals for aviation projects.
The consultancy operates through two main verticals. Aviation Consultancy and Advisory will deliver strategic support for master planning, construction, commercial strategy, and regulatory affairs. The Airport Services, Audit and Technical Support vertical will deploy CIAL's specialists directly to client sites for hands-on technical assistance, operational audits, and efficiency improvement interventions, ensuring practical implementation beyond mere advice.
