Chhattisgarh is fostering advanced industries by allocating 11.28 acres of land near Raipur for a significant semiconductor materials factory. This strategic move involves an investment of Rs 10,000 crore by Artificial Electronics Intelligent Materials (AEIM).
The new facility, to be located in Polymatech Industrial Park in Nava Raipur, will benefit from a substantial capital subsidy of up to 40%. AEIM has outlined an ambitious timeline, with the first phase of the factory projected for completion by May 2026.
Commercial production is anticipated to commence in the third quarter of the 2026 fiscal year. This development is set to bolster the state's industrial capabilities and contribute to India's growing semiconductor sector.
