CCI Projects Unveils ₹700 Crore Luxury Tower 'Skyleap' in Mumbai

On November 17, 2025, realty firm CCI Projects announced plans to invest approximately ₹700 crore in developing a new luxury housing tower in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). The 53-storey tower, named 'Skyleap', will be part of the 6-acre 'Rivali Park 2' gated community located along the Western Express Highway in Borivali.
The upcoming 'Skyleap' tower will feature 320 premium apartments. CCI Projects, which has already delivered over 8 towers and has an under-construction portfolio of around 35 lakh sq ft, expects to generate a revenue of over ₹1,250 crore from this project.
The launch of 'Skyleap' is the latest development in CCI Projects' ongoing efforts to expand its footprint in the lucrative Mumbai real estate market. With this new luxury residential tower, the company aims to cater to the growing demand for high-end living spaces in the city's suburban areas.
