CAA Sports Elevates Top Talent Across Divisions

In a move to strengthen its leadership team, CAA Sports has announced the promotion of several key individuals across its various divisions. As of November 12, 2025, Abrahams has been elevated to Executive in the Talent Business Ventures department, Priante has been promoted to Agent in Baseball, Purslow is now an Agent in Property Sales, Shiffman has been named Agent in the Books department, Silver has been appointed as a Talent Agent, and Southwick has been promoted to Executive in Strategic Development.
The new roles will see the individuals based in different locations, with Abrahams, Priante, Silver, and Southwick working out of the agency's Los Angeles offices, Purslow based in London, and Shiffman operating out of New York. In her expanded role, Abrahams will focus on helping clients build scalable businesses and establish partnerships in luxury fashion, liquor, beauty, and more. Priante, who began his career at CAA Sports in 2021, has been promoted to the Baseball division, while Purslow will concentrate on building brand sponsorship opportunities for premium global rights holders in the Property Sales department.
Shiffman, a former editorial assistant at Penguin Random House, will now work across the agency to identify and create publishing opportunities for clients, with a focus on platform-driven nonfiction. Silver, who joined CAA in 2021, has been named a Talent Agent, while Southwick, who started at the agency in 2019, has been elevated to Executive in Strategic Development.
