Brigade Enterprises Ltd has unveiled Brigade Lumina, a new residential development in northwest Bengaluru, projecting over ₹700 crore in revenue. This 4.11-acre joint venture is situated on Tumkur Main Road, a rapidly developing area enhanced by improved metro connectivity.
The project features two and three-bedroom apartments, designed with ample space, natural light, and large balconies. Brigade Lumina is committed to being a net-zero carbon development, incorporating renewable energy, efficient water management, and zero-waste initiatives.
Managing Director Pavitra Shankar emphasized the project's alignment with the company's focus on future-ready developments and addressing the demand for premium housing in the area. She noted that enhanced metro connectivity is a significant driver for the local real estate market.
Brigade Lumina is conveniently located near the Manjunathanagara Metro Station on the Green Line, providing easy access to major business districts, educational institutions, and healthcare facilities. The development will include a 15,000 sq ft clubhouse and various recreational amenities.
