Brigade Group Invests ₹5000 Cr in Hyderabad Expansion

Brigade Group is deepening its commitment to Hyderabad with a substantial investment plan of ₹5000 crore over the next three to four years. This significant capital infusion will support the development of residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail properties across the city.

The company's strategy focuses on acquiring strategically located land parcels that align with its core principles. This expansion aims to cater to the increasing demand for modern, sustainable, and high-quality living environments in North Hyderabad.

Brigade Group has made several key acquisitions and developments in Hyderabad, including projects in Banjara Hills, Moti Nagar, and Neopolis. Most recently, in April 2026, the company acquired a 5.72-acre land parcel through an auction by the Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation. This land was secured at ₹44 crore per acre, excluding registration costs, and is slated for development into a premium residential project.
