Sattva Group has launched a new 50-acre residential project, 'Sattva City', in North Bengaluru, expecting to generate over Rs 8,600 crore in revenue. This expansion aligns with the company's strategy to meet robust consumer demand in the region.
The first phase of Sattva City will introduce approximately 2,500 residential units. The company identified the land years ago, envisioning a large-scale community development in the emerging airport corridor of Bengaluru.
A significant aspect of the project is its focus on natural spaces, with nearly 84% of the development dedicated to open and green areas. This initiative comes as housing sales in Bengaluru saw a 13% increase in 2025.
