Beehiiv has significantly expanded its offerings, transitioning into a comprehensive platform for creators. The company recently announced the integration of new features, including live webinars, advanced AI analytics for podcasts, and metered paywalls for newsletters.

These enhancements signal Beehiiv's ambition to become a unified solution for creators, reducing their reliance on multiple disparate tools. The introduction of webinars allows creators to host live events for up to 10,000 participants directly within the platform, complete with video, screen sharing, and chat functionalities. This feature supports various use cases, from educational content to community building.

To bolster monetization, Beehiiv introduced metered paywalls, enabling creators to control how much content is offered for free before a subscription prompt appears. Paid trials are also now available, giving creators flexibility in setting trial lengths and prices. The platform has also enhanced its podcasting capabilities with native hosting and AI analytics, which offer insights into listener data and episode performance.

Beehiiv reported its most successful quarter to date, reaching 400 million unique readers and exceeding 50,000 active users. The company also announced it surpassed $28 million in annual recurring revenue this month. Further updates, including video support for podcasts and ads, are planned for later this year.
