Bayada Appoints First Non-Family CEO

Bayada Home Health Care has announced Bryony Winn as its next chief executive officer, a historic appointment as she is the first leader not from the founding Baiada family. Winn is set to officially assume her role on March 2, 2026, bringing a wealth of experience from her previous position at Carelon Health, where she led a large team serving millions across the nation.

Winn expressed her strong alignment with Bayada's values, stating her honor in joining an organization with such a significant global impact. Bayada, a home health, personal care, and hospice service provider, has been operating for five decades and has established a presence not only in the United States but also internationally. The company's founder, Mark Baiada, endorsed Winn as the ideal leader to shape its future.

David Baiada, who has been CEO for eight years, will transition to the Board of Directors and serve as a senior adviser. The appointment of Winn is also seen as a move to further promote women in healthcare leadership, aligning with Bayada's recognition as a great workplace for diversity and women.
