Avalon GloboCare Becomes Change Agents Corp.

Avalon GloboCare Corp. has announced its rebranding to Change Agents Corp., signifying a complete transition into a dedicated agentic artificial intelligence software company. This strategic move, effective July 22, 2026, will see the company’s common stock trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the new ticker symbol CHGA.

The rebranding underscores the company's evolution from a diversified technology firm to a software-as-a-service (SaaS) entity concentrating on agentic AI platforms. This shift was catalyzed by the acquisition of RPM Interactive.

Change Agents Corp. is developing two core AI platforms: Beacon, an AI Generative Engine Optimization platform, set for launch in late third quarter 2026, aimed at enhancing business visibility across AI search engines. The second platform, Catch-Up, is an autonomous AI-powered content creation tool for creators, currently in Phase 2 development with partner Caylent.

Michael Mathews, director of Change Agents Corp., highlighted the company's vision to deliver substantial revenue growth for small businesses, brands, and content creators through its AI software products. The company is also exploring AI software opportunities in defense, military, security, and other enterprise sectors. Additionally, Change Agents continues to distribute the KetoAir breathalyzer, a FDA-registered Class I medical device.

Shareholders need not take any action as the name and ticker changes will not affect their ownership interests. The CUSIP number remains unchanged.
