ArisUnitern RE Solutions, a subsidiary of Arisinfra Solutions, has been appointed by Transcon Group to manage the second phase of a commercial development in Santacruz, Mumbai. This significant undertaking involves retail shops and small office spaces, encompassing approximately 0.56 lakh square feet.
The project boasts a Gross Development Value (GDV) of Rs 250 crore and has secured all necessary approvals, including RERA, with construction already at an advanced stage. ArisUnitern's 18-month mandate will encompass project execution, material procurement, sales, and financial management.
This marks ArisUnitern's third mandate from Transcon Group, underscoring the effectiveness of their Developer-as-a-Service model. The company previously managed the first phase of the same Santacruz project and another Transcon project in Kalina, Mumbai. With this latest assignment, ArisUnitern's total GDV under management now exceeds Rs 2,750 crore.
