Apple India Pvt. Ltd. has further expanded its operations in Bengaluru by leasing an additional 121,203 sq ft of office space in the Embassy Zenith tower. This recent expansion follows a substantial lease of 268,000 sq ft taken last year, bringing Apple's total commitment in the building to 389,000 sq ft over a ten-year period.
The total monthly rent for this prime office space is ₹9.16 crore, accumulating to a significant ₹1,333 crore over the tenure of the lease, as reported by Propstack. This move represents a strong affirmation of India's premium office market and solidifies Bengaluru's status as a key center for Apple's engineering and operational growth.
This expansion by Apple occurs amidst a robust Indian office leasing market, which reached a record 82.6 million sq ft in 2025. Projections indicate that Grade-A office space supply in the Asia Pacific region will peak in 2026, with India contributing significantly, particularly Bengaluru. Bengaluru is expected to lead this supply surge with 12.1 million sq ft.
