Amar Builders, led by Amar and Hrishikesh Manjrekar, has a diverse portfolio spanning residential, commercial, IT, and other sectors, with a track record of developing 14 million square feet across 87 projects. This acquisition occurs amidst a mixed but generally upward trend in Pune's real estate market, with recent reports indicating increased high-end and luxury segment launches, though overall sales saw a year-on-year decrease in 2025.
