The company has released "Wicked: The Soundtrack" as its latest collectible card, allowing kids to tap into the magic of Oz through Yoto's screen-free speaker system.
The release is part of an ongoing partnership between Yoto, Universal Pictures, Republic Records, and Verve Records. "Wicked: The Soundtrack" is packed with heart, humor, and unforgettable music that has resonated with fans for over two decades. Thanks to Yoto, a whole new generation will be able to experience Oz and immerse themselves in Elphaba and Glinda's enchanting world.
The new Yoto card features the original vocal performances from the 2024 film adaptation of Wicked, including powerful turns from Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande as Elphaba and Glinda, respectively. With music by Stephen Schwartz, the 12-track album includes fan-favorites like "Defying Gravity" and "Popular." The long-awaited Part Two, titled "Wicked: For Good," is set for a theatrical release on Nov. 21.
