On August 20, 2025, the WICT Network: Southern California chapter announced the distinguished honorees for the 30th Annual LEA Awards, a prestigious event recognizing influential women who have made significant contributions to the media and entertainment industry.
The five honorees are Mamie Coleman, EVP and Head of Fox Entertainment Music at Fox Entertainment; Melani Griffith, Chief Growth Officer at GFiber; Janice Min, Chief Executive Officer and Editor-in-Chief at Ankler Media; Simran Sethi, President of Scripted Programming at Hulu Originals, ABC Entertainment, and Freeform for The Walt Disney Company; and Shannon Willett, Global Head of Marketing at Apple TV+.
The awards ceremony will take place on November 7 at the iconic Beverly Hills Hotel in Los Angeles. Each year, the LEA Awards recognize women who have championed advocacy and mentorship, making a lasting impact on the industry. The WICT Network: SoCal Chapter is also proud to announce that the event will be co-hosted by KTLA's Melvin Robert and Annie Rose Ramos.
