In the past week, popular Tamil actor couple Suriya and Jyothika visited the renowned Tirupati Balaji Temple in Andhra Pradesh to seek blessings. They were accompanied by their two children, daughter Diya and son Dev.
The visit comes shortly after a grand celebration marking 15 years of Suriya's charitable foundation, Agaram. The event, held in Chennai on August 3rd, hosted veteran actor and Rajya Sabha MP Kamal Haasan as the chief guest. Agaram Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing quality education to underprivileged students in Tamil Nadu, having produced over 6,700 first-generation graduates through its Vidhai project.
During the Agaram Foundation event, Suriya was visibly emotional as he listened to the impact his organization has had on people's lives. In his speech, he emphasized the importance of education as a life-changing force. The celebration was also attended by Suriya's family, including his brother and actor Karthi, as well as filmmakers Vetri Maaran and TJ Gnanavel.
As of now, Suriya is busy with the shooting of his upcoming film, tentatively titled 'Suriya 46', which also stars Mamitha Baiju. Additionally, a teaser for his next theatrical release, 'Karuppu', directed by RJ Balaji, has recently gone viral, showcasing the actor in a massy avatar and leaving his fans excited.
