Star-Studded Cast Assembles for Ron Howard's Shocking 'Eden' Thriller

In the summer of 2025, director Ron Howard is set to release his latest project, the survival thriller "Eden." The film features a star-studded ensemble, including rising talents like Sydney Sweeney, Vanessa Kirby, and Jude Law, who are set to captivate audiences with their performances.

"Eden" is based on the "shocking true story" of a group of disillusioned outsiders who abandon modern society in search of a new beginning. Settling on a remote, uninhabited island, their utopian dream quickly unravels as they discover that the greatest threat isn't the brutal climate or deadly wildlife, but each other. What follows is a chilling descent into chaos where tensions spiral, desperation takes hold, and a twisted power struggle leads to betrayal, violence, and the deaths of half the colony.

According to reports, director Howard had to push back on the actors' commitment to Method, "Floreana-style living" during the film's production. Actress Ana de Armas, who plays a key role in the ensemble, admitted that she was "a little scared" to take on the part, as the film is "really out there." She added that the experience pushed her to explore her "craziest self" on screen, including a "terrifying" scene where she had to sing in character.
