Despite a solid start, with the film opening to a first-day collection of Rs 7.25 crore and maintaining momentum over the weekend, the weekday performance has seen a significant decline. On Monday, the film earned only Rs 2.35 crore, and on Tuesday, it collected around Rs 2.75 crore, indicating a substantial drop since its release.
Interestingly, the box office slump appears to be an industry-wide phenomenon, with several major Hindi films reporting lower figures on Tuesday. In comparison, 'Son of Sardaar 2' still fared better than other ongoing releases, such as the romantic drama 'Dhadak 2', which earned close to Rs 1 crore on the same day.
Despite the challenges, the film, featuring an ensemble cast including Mrunal Thakur, Ravi Kishan, Sanjay Mishra, and others, has been praised for its high-energy action, humor, and scenic visuals.
