Jameson's Distilled Sounds music series is making a return, and this year it's bringing together a diverse group of global artists under the direction of Grammy winner Anderson .Paak. The series will see over 20 artists from countries like India, South Africa, Portugal, Nigeria, and Indonesia come together in Dublin to collaborate on new music.
"This really is an opportunity for like-minded artists to come together, connect and learn from one another," said .Paak, who is serving as Jameson's "music distiller" for the second year in a row. The artists will work to write, record, and perform original songs that are inspired by their unique musical roots and cultural backgrounds.
Last year's Distilled Sounds series took place in Cork, Ireland, home of Jameson's Midleton Distillery. This year, the action moves to Dublin, where the artists will create new music that is set to be released throughout the summer. The collaborative effort aims to showcase the power of music to bring people together from all corners of the world.
