Summary
- Ikkis, starring Agastya Nanda, postponed from October 2 to November 7
- Ikkis to clash with Ek Din, featuring Junaid Khan, on November 7
- Ikkis also stars Dharmendra and Jaideep Ahlawat, set against 1971 war backdrop

In a surprising move, Sriram Raghavan's upcoming film Ikkis, starring Agastya Nanda, has been postponed from its initial release date of October 2. The film, which was eagerly awaited as Nanda's first theatrical outing, will now hit the screens on November 7.
According to a source, the decision to postpone Ikkis was made by producer Dinesh Vijan of Maddock Films, who felt that the post-Diwali period in early November would be a more suitable time for the film's release. This move comes as two major releases, Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari and Kantara: A Legend - Chapter 1, were already scheduled for October 2.
Ikkis, which also features veteran actor Dharmendra and Jaideep Ahlawat, is set against the backdrop of the 1971 war and follows the life of second Lieutenant Arun Khetrapal, played by Agastya Nanda. However, the film will not have a solo release on its new date, as it is set to clash with another star kid-led project, Ek Din, featuring Junaid Khan and Sai Pallavi.
Ek Din, directed by Sunil Pandey and produced by Aamir Khan Productions, was shot during the Snow Festival in Sapporo, Japan. The clash between these two highly anticipated films is sure to create a buzz in the industry and keep audiences on the edge of their seats.
