As of October 16th, 2025, German DJ and producer Zedd is officially parting ways with the first property he ever purchased in Los Angeles. Zedd, whose real name is Anton Zaslavski, has listed his longtime Hollywood Hills abode for $5.5 million, nearly 8 years after acquiring the home for $3.9 million in December 2014.
The 3,400-square-foot residence features 4 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and offers sweeping views of the surrounding city skyline and canyon. The open-concept layout encourages an indoor-outdoor feel, with accordion-style walls and floor-to-ceiling glass windows. The home also boasts a resort-style pool, hot tub, professional music studio, and a glass-enclosed wine cellar.
Last year, Zedd spoke candidly about the release of his 2024 album "Telos," revealing that he had momentarily considered it to be his "last piece of music" due to feeling overworked and burned out. However, after taking a brief break, the producer was re-energized and has already started writing new music, stating that "it's not the end yet."
