In the lead-up to the 2025 Formula 1 season, popular YouTube personality Amelia Dimoldenberg is set to embark on a new adventure. Dimoldenberg, who recently celebrated 10 years of her hit celebrity interview show "Chicken Shop Date," has partnered with Formula 1 to create a four-part weekly series titled "Passenger Princess."
The new series, produced by Dimoldenberg's creative studio Dimz Inc., will see the host learn to drive from some of the top names in Formula 1 racing. Filmed at this year's Belgian Grand Prix, "Passenger Princess" will blend Dimoldenberg's signature off-beat interview style with the fast-paced world of motorsports, "resulting in an unforgettable mix of comedy and candid conversation as she embarks on the pursuit of a driving license," according to a press release.
Dimoldenberg, who admits she doesn't currently know how to drive, is excited to put her well-established passenger skills to the test. The series will feature Formula 1 drivers George Russell, Ollie Bearman, Oscar Piastri, and Carlos Sainz as her instructors.
"My dream has always been to tell stories and work with great collaborators, so I'm proud to be working with such an iconic and recognized brand as F1 on this latest original series," Dimoldenberg said. The partnership marks the latest expansion for Dimz Inc., which has produced a range of content beyond "Chicken Shop Date," including a short film with Nike and the Lionesses.
