Young the Giant is set to embark on their "Victory Garden Tour," a comprehensive North American excursion spanning nearly three months and 40 cities. The tour commences on May 24 in Las Vegas, supporting their sixth album, "Victory Garden," which is slated for release on May 1.
Fans can anticipate performances in a variety of settings, from indoor theaters like the Kia Forum in Los Angeles to numerous outdoor amphitheatres. The Cold War Kids will serve as direct support for the entire tour, with Almost Monday and KennyHoopla handling opening duties for the first and second halves, respectively. The Cold War Kids will also commemorate the 20th anniversary of their debut album, "Robbers & Cowards."
"This tour feels like a gathering," stated singer Sameer Gadhia, emphasizing the band's eagerness to reconnect with audiences after a three-year hiatus from headlining tours. The band will continue their collaboration with environmental organization Reverb, focusing on sustainability efforts and addressing food insecurity.
General ticket sales begin Friday at 10 a.m. local time, with presale opportunities available earlier in the week. The tour concludes on August 9 in Indianapolis. This marks the band's first headline tour in three years, promising a meaningful connection with their fans.
